- INNMENTORING® certified Business Mentor and associated with ABMEN – Brazilian Association of Business Mentors;
- Expertise in Planning and Control (FP&A), Tax, Accounting, Reporting and Treasury;
- Experience in the construction and consolidation of the Supply Chain area, with management of logistics operators, structuring processes, product launch and crisis management;
- Leadership of the IT area for more than 10 years, managing successful ERP, BI and systems development implementation projects, aligned with Compliance and LGPD guidelines;
- Competence in business and portfolio management of strategic projects, from prioritization with the executive committee to leadership;
- Leadership of multidisciplinary and high-performance teams focused on projects;
- MBA in Finance and degree in Business Administration;
- Certifications in Change Management by HUCMI as HCMBOK® 3G Practitioner and HCMP® 3G Expert Professional, and for Agile Approaches as HCMBOK® to Agile Practitioner;
- Fluent in English and Spanish.

- Professional with more than 20 years of experience in multinational telecommunications companies in the Supply Chain area;
- Leadership of multidisciplinary teams in projects and routines with a focus on delivering objectives and achieving the area’s goals;
- Expertise in managing robust and complex budgets, achieving cost reduction and cost avoidance;
- Specialist in the management and negotiation of a wide portfolio of high value-added contracts with a focus on cost reduction under commercial and operational aspects;
- Solid knowledge of the various tools for mapping and classification of suppliers for cost and risk management;
- Experience in the preparation of budget planning for structuring goals;
- Graduated in Business Administration and Postgraduate in Strategic Management in Sales and Negotiation;
- MBA in Strategic and Economic Management in Business.
