- In 2010, Guilherme founded Kyros Investimentos, his own managing company, where he remained until 2014.
- In 2009, together with his team, Guilherme founded XP Gestão.
- Guilherme was an equity analyst and portfolio manager at Gap Asset Management between 2001 and 2008.
